Northline Systems provides AI-powered lead management, customer communication, and CRM automation services for HVAC contractors, including but not limited to:

• Missed-call text-back automation.
• AI lead follow-up via SMS and email.
• Online estimate booking and appointment scheduling.
• Automated appointment reminders.
• Review generation requests.
• CRM pipeline tracking and reporting.

Specific service deliverables, pricing, and terms are defined in the separate service agreement entered into between Northline and the customer at onboarding.

All content, design, logos, graphics, text, software, and functionality on the Site are the property of Northline Systems or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any portion of the Site without prior written consent from Northline.

By using the Site or our services, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms or requesting services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, and any state-specific communication regulations when using our services to communicate with your own customers.
• Not use Northline services for unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northline Systems, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Google Calendar, payment processors, SMS carriers). Northline is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lucas County, Ohio.
